This new four-story mixed use building features 2500 sf of office space and three, 1500 sf, two bedroom condo units. Located in the downtown area of Winnetka across from the Metra station, the site required careful consideration of the exterior proportions and materials to fit into the local historical context.

A limestone storefront at ground level visually separates the commercial space from the brick veneer of the condos on the upper floors. The color and style of the stone and brick were designed to integrate into the local visual fabric.

The design brings a modernized and luxurious interior to the residential spaces with an open kitchen connecting to living and dining rooms out to a rear balcony.
