The first floor’s highlight is the strongly defined peaked ceiling that runs from the front of the house to back in one of the ‘H’s legs over the kitchen, dining room and family room, terminating at the stone clad fireplace. A beamed ceiling made from reclaimed local wood beams sets the rhythm for the space.

A modern open riser wood and steel stair leads up the second floor and is contrast up against a rough faced stone wall.

The list of sustainable features is extensive. These include a very tight, high performance insulated perimeter shell, advanced zoned mechanical systems that include an air to air heat exchanger and an high level air filtration system, high efficiency windows, pre-wired for solar panels, garage with electric vehicle chargers and an integrated back up power system.
