3500 Western |  Highland Park, Illinois

The existing 1972 existing building was renovated on the interior and exterior.  The façade was redesigned with new aluminum panels and new highly efficient windows. The building is now fully ADA compliant, with an exterior handicap ramp, a new elevator and new bathrooms.  A 30 kW solar panel array was installed on the roof which will produce 60% of the buildings electric power. Two electric vehicle charging stations were installed on site.
