Discovery Clothing relocated their corporate facilities to this larger facility that also houses their warehousing needs. The design utilizes existing skylights to organize the enclosed perimeter offices, providing order to the main open space while also allowing natural daylighting in the space. The high efficiency lighting systems has stepped lighting controls to minimize power usage. Additionally, lighting in the warehouse space is increased when integral motion sensors are activated.
